I've tried different versions of the pumpkin 'muffin', if I can find the recipe I used I will post it. I REALLY enjoy the recipe in Practical Paleo for pumpkin 'pancakes', I made a small batch last night to go with my dinner - nice and savory. I never use the maple syrup such recipes seem to always call for. Recipe here - if you make them thin they can make a nice savory "wrap" kind of thing.

Yeah, I made the chocolate chili once and wasn't all that impressed but I know a lot of people love it. Honestly, so far, it is the only recipe from that book that I don't rave about. The citrus carnitas, czech meatballs and sausage seasoning are some of our favorites that we make over and over again.
