    You can "delete" me from the log. I really just use the forum to "vent or whine" or get re-focused. I use another place to log all training. And I can happily say I AM doing what my coach puts in my training plan. Just not really losing the weight (my issue).
    Maybe others don't need/plan to be part of the log and those that really want to then come up w/ a "format" to use to help this be benefical to all and not tooooo much work for you. Just my 2 cents worth!
    Again, thanks for trying to make it work!
    Thanks for your note. It might take a challenge or two to see what works for most and if it is worth the time to share weekly exercise progress. Input is great! Like GLC, I'll hide inactivity of 2 weeks and unhide when they come back. Some ladies just posted goals, I'll hide them until they post a progress report, if they choose to do so.

    Hi Everyone,

    I am now on my 2 week family vacation at Cape Cod. No scale available, and I know that I will not be losing any weight, so please just put me down for the same weight as last week for the next two Fridays and I will weigh back in "for real" when I get home.

    Thanks,

    Lynette

    I'm confused, han-grrrrl, are you saying you weigh 100 lbs, and you are trying to lose weight? Please say it's not so....reading this, I am a bit concerned about you. I have not followed the whole thread, so please excuse me if I am out of line here! Perhaps you are trying to gain?

    Yikes...Hi everyone, I've been M.I.A. for 2 weeks. I was down in La helping my parents remodel their kitchen. Just got back this morning. I gained back the 2 lbs I had lost, but I'm actually relieved that that was all! Down there with my family, I tend not to exercise and to definitely eat and drink a whole lot more than usual! Anyway, I'm back! Can I please be back in on this?? I'll deliver my weigh in tomorrow morning!

    Still making progress in the right direction. Down to 202.8 this morning. Slow and steady, but any progress is good. Now the next week will be a challenge. We're off to Devon for the week-end celebrating BF's sister's birthday which will involve lots of food and a cream tea I'm sure. And then next week is my birthday and I will not miss out on birthday cake! But I will try to fit in enough bike rides too.

    Happy week-end all!

    Well, at least I made it back down to where I started. 180.4. Must start making some real downward progress, tho.
    Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.

    Woo Hoo, I'm down to 136.5 lbs this week. Now, there's definitely something wrong if I can't lose another 1.5 lbs. If I can do that by next week, I can modify my goal to lose just a bit more.

    ::sigh::

    I continue to have a hate/hate relationship with the scale even though my clothes continue to fit better and better. I'm at 182.8 this week.

    My training is going great though. I rode 89.72 miles this week.

    I have dreaded this all week. I knew it would not be good. I have "felt" heavy all week. I did scheduled workouts, but did eat out twice. Just not a good week.
    120.6...almost back to where I started. Guess I need to do something a bit different and really TRY hard this week.
