190 for this week. Now that I'm feeling better, guess who makes an appearance. Dear Auntie Flo. Somedays I just want to say...whatever.

I rode this week. Lance, watch out. A whopping. Drum roll please: 15.6 miles. Next week will be better. It can't get worse!!!

    I forgot to post yesterday. I'm down to 132 - a two-pound loss

I have a feeling next week isn't going to be as good. Too many opportunities to overeat.

Still about the same at 135lbs. The weighing scale is spoilt i think... time to get a new one. One week of non riding. at least I did 70km this morning so thats not too bad. hope this week will be better.

Couple days late checking in here!

    Weight: 166
    BF: 32.8%
    Bike miles: 94

Miles are still lower than planned since I didn't ride last Sat. DH, kids and I helped build a wooden playset for the Make A Wish foundation. It was a long, hot, and VERY rewarding day. I did make it out yesterday though. A friend and I went for a long ride and boy did she kick my rear end! She's a much stronger, faster, and more experienced rider than I am but wanted to take a "slow" day due to injuries from a crash the previous week. Well, her slow day is still pushing it for me. I didn't have my bike computer with me so I'll have to map it to determine the miles but it was around 100 and we probably averaged 17mph. I am so beat and sore today!!!

    Hey all -

Forgot to weigh in on Friday, so I weighed yesterday at 163.6 lbs. Total miles for the week was a measly 18.5. Ugh! I'll ride more in the coming week.

I'll post an updated chart on Monday around noon (PST), so get your numbers posted before then!!

week 3 - exercise goals LOG

Unlike the weight loss log, this log is now 3 pages long and I don't believe logical to post into a reply post here, so after all that fussing about not being able to post the same manner ... here is week 3. I pulled verbage from individual posts which is why there is no standard format.

Open to suggestions for more efficient format.

    Thumbs up

I weighed in at 191.6 > My riding is also showing consistency. I had my first 100 mile week last week. So far i have ridden 45 miles this week, so I am shooting for another 100 miler.

    Tabby,
    Thanks for the hard work.
You can "delete" me from the log. I really just use the forum to "vent or whine" or get re-focused. I use another place to log all training. And I can happily say I AM doing what my coach puts in my training plan. Just not really losing the weight (my issue).
Maybe others don't need/plan to be part of the log and those that really want to then come up w/ a "format" to use to help this be benefical to all and not tooooo much work for you. Just my 2 cents worth!
Again, thanks for trying to make it work!

Just a small 'housekeeping' note: I hide the cells where someone misses two weeks worth of weigh-ins in a row to keep the chart easy to read. If you get 'hidden' just give me your updated weight and I'll 'unhide' you again! No one is banned or anything...
