    183 both yesterday and today

I don't have my training info in front of me but last week was a rest week. I did some running, my longest being a 5 mile run. I was good about what I ate though by last night I was really wanting pizza. Bad decadent pizza with thin slices of pepperoni that were crispy on the edges. DH and I were out for a walk when it hit me and fortunately, he had not brought his wallet. We went home and ate SB food.

No change, whew! I lost lots last week and thought that it was a fluke. If I can plateau for a week or two and then lose again, I will be happy.

Yike -- up a bit AGAIN! Time to stop having that beer or margarita in the evenings!

    Wt this am: 166.6.
    Body Fat 35%

Workouts for the week: (7/19 to 7/25)
RUN: 9.2 total miles (very low running week, but more than last week!)
WALK: 10 miles total (again, heading up with this one)
    BIKE: 34.5 miles
    SWIM: 800 m (once only)
    WEIGHTS: 20 min (once only)

Overall, not a great workout week, but better than the average bear!
More workouts, less calories next week!

Weighed in at 140 yesterday. I didn't get any exercises last week, hope to do better this week.

Congrats to all of you that are doing well. Keep it up....or should I say down.

Before I Give Up Completely, I Am Going To Post This And Start New.
I Have Not Rode One Time This Week, Nor Any Other Activity. My Eating Habits Were Not The Best Either. I Have Spent The Last Week Moving From One City To The Other, In Between Working Full Time. I Am Tired Stressed And Crabby. I Am The Kind Of Person Who If I Stop Riding For More Than 1 Day, Find It Harder And Harder To Go Back Because I Feel I Already Lost... Same Theory Goes With Food. Well I Am Really Not Ready To Gain Back The 5 Lb I Lost Thus Far, And So Today I Starting Again. New Week, New Chance. I Did Not Weigh In This Week, I Will Just Sabatoge My Efforts. So ---- Heres To A New Week, New Goals. Thanks For Listening.

This week is the same, 129.5 lbs. I can live with that, but considering I rode
a total of 107 miles, I should have lost more. I know why I haven't and it's my problem, right ?
But I can do it. I have to go to a wedding on Sunday, that will be most interesting. And about to enter a week of PMS, that's never good for my appetite.
    Ok, on to next Friday!

weighed this morning. Down a pound 137.4.

I didn't exercise, still trying to take it easy as doctor instructed until I can go back in and talk with her again. I know this is going to seem like a silly question, but what happened to the chart? How do I view it?

Why do I always weigh a pound the less on Thursday or Saturday?
