Is incapacity to find what's in your face (and labeled as such) something on the Y chromosome? Or it's just so that in a couple one has to find things and the other one can't??

For me personally this has always been an issue for the males (dh, brother, and dad). They also have what is known as "male refrigerator blindness".. If moving something is required to find what they're looking for... well, forget it.

Outside the fridge I've noticed that the more obvious the location, the more likely he (dh) WON'T find it. In plain sight, say, on the coffee table, is the worst!
