Congrats on your losses everyone! BMO - 59" wow! That is amazing and it sounds like you have a very good, realistic "plan." I think the hardest thing for me (and probably most people) when I started "dieting," was not expecting huge drops. The miracle diets just don't happen. I am content with long-term goals (25 lbs in 15 months) and I take breaks to enjoy life too. When I get married in two weeks, there is no way I'm going to diet. I may gain back a pound or two but what the heck. I have no intentions to be less than a size 6 either. I want to have boobs for one thing.

I often use the word "diet" in quotations because it's not really a diet per se for me anymore. It's just thoughtful healthy eating. I DO count calories when I am "dieting" if nothing else but to stop myself from silly eating - handfuls of this and that, thoughtless calories for no good reason.
