I hate it when that happens too. If you are going to pass me, then pass me and continue on, don't slow down. It is usually the guys that do this or if they can't keep up they draft way to close to me. Kind of annoying. I passed many men and I can see that they are working hard to keep up and eventually give up I am not supper fast by any means, but I can hold my own. I don't usually attempt to pass someone unless I know I can maintain my passing speed. I try to not let it bother me.
