I know, you're going to say "don't weigh yourself daily", but I find that regular 'feedback' to keep the discipline.
I had to stop weighing myself for 3 weeks. When I finally did go a whole week without weighing, I broke the plateau that I had been on. 2 pounds. YAY!

I can look back and see where I had a good mindset about food and making good choices, reasoning it out, etc., during that last week. I've been incredibly busy getting the new baseball season off the ground, and I don't think I've turned on the stove in weeks. So good choices when I'm out are important.

I don't think I'm going to weigh that often anymore. Maybe weekly, maybe when I feel I've been doing well.
