Thanks for checking that out for me. It has been only 2 weeks since I've really started monitoring my calories. Before that I was just trying to be "good" with no success. The scale finally budged this morning! Just .4 lbs, so technically I"m still up a pound from where I was 2 weeks ago, but still, I'm happy.
