    One Gorgeous Bike

This is a mid 80s Bridgestone - some serious lust going on in my household this morning. Joe Bell paint job. Check out the color coordinated derailleur cable housing.

It's not offiially for sale YET. It's probably a 49 - too small for either of us. BUMMER!

I love those lugged frames! Yesterday on my longest-ride-in-20-years (70 miles) on my beloved Luna, I realized that I was riding in the hoods most of the time because that's where the shifters are...before, on my older bikes (1980s Vitus was my last road bike), I rode on the flats and on the hoods, but not solely on the hoods. I didn't have to because the bike had downtube shifters.

There are advantages to each, but I really like your classic bike!

Don't know. Thom discovered it in the Jo Momma forum of Adventure Rider.

Very pretty. Trek, I think you need another bike. C'mon, you said you could fit it, you get the Bridgestone. You know you want to....
