I guess it was a good thing we didn't ride Pioneer today. I'd been thinking about it.

Sunny spring can't be that far way, right? Right?

It's cold (40 degrees) and sunny here. DH jumped onto the cruiser he has to go run a few errands and get some exercise.

VERY cold here. 15 and sunny--about 5 with the wind chill. No bikes today (though I rode last Saturday when it was sunny and in the low 40s). DH and I are waiting for it to warm up to go XC skiing as it was minus 3 on top of the mountain this morning. Days like this just make us appreciate those gorgeous, warm ones even more, right?

Yep we got a fair bit more snow thru the night so I guess up a bit further at Pioneer it would be pretty deep. The locals are saying this is the most snow in our town for about 4 years. The kids think its fab and are outside making a snowman.

I will keep my eye on the trail and let you know when it looks good for a ride. Hoping to go MTB on Monday but I guess it will depend on how the weather goes - not keen on taking another fall just yet, my bruises from the last couple are still hanging around.

Yes, this Snap is cold Bad pun, sorry. Frosty lawns in the morning, and a dog that just rolls her eyes at me when I open the door for her to go out.

You Cali girls crack me up. Today's high was 12. On the bright side, we did see the sun today! I still only ventured out by car. Hmmm I think this is week 3 no exercise. Help, I may be forming to the recliner!!!!!

Call me a cream puff but I'm not going out into the huge thunder cell growling over our roof right now.

This better be over by tomorrow for the Tour.

Oh, so you DID get that thunder I read about. But no thunder snow for you!

I don't think I'm going much of anywhere today. Maybe I'll brave the crazy drivers a little later to go skating. Or maybe I'll stay home and bake some more bread. (Note that the hot tub is not a good gauge for depth as I cleaned it off mid-storm last night so's I could sit in it! And we did have some melt between this and the last storm.)

Yellow - that looks so pretty. I love the hot tub.
Being an Aussie and not seeing much snow back home I get very excited when it starts snowing. We got enough here for the boys to make a decent snowman and have some snowball fights. Its looking clearer today so I guess the snow wont be around for much longer.
