Hello from San Diego - what a gorgeous city! After a night of eating and drinking I'm a tad hungover, but not bad enough that I couldn't go for a ride.

I rented a Specialized something or other - comfort bike. Friends and I took the ferry over to Coronado and rode all over the island. Very nice, I would love to do it on my own bike sometime. I didn't realize how difficult flat pedals could be! Kept trying to pull up We ate lunch on the island, Dave and I went and explored Holland Bikes. Found my next bike - a Hello Kitty edition cruiser. How cool is that. They also had a Monster Bike - 36" wheels!

    I'll have pictures later!

    Sun!?!

What is that??? Is that the big glowy thing that appears in the sky sometime in April and sticks around until November if we are lucky. Does it shake white stuff outta the sky when it's not around

Sounds like a dream Snap, and the bike sounds cool too!!!

Yes massbike...it's that big yellow glowy thing in the sky! I actually got a bit of a sunburn on my arms yesterday.

Today woke up feeling a bit snotty - allergies! I didn't ride, good thing I slept 'til 8:30 - the guys took off at 8...uh, don't wait for me! I wandered Old Town a bit, trying to decide what to do, then found the Old Town Trolley Tours. So, bought the trolley tour and a ticket to the zoo - YaY!!. The trolley stops right at San Diego Zoo - spend a few hours there. Saw the baby Panda --- major aww moments there!

Came back and walked around Old Town, played tourist some more and toured the Whaley House - the most haunted house!! Ohh spooky boys and girls. We had dinner at an Italian Place. Len (one of the guys) was adamant - no more Mexican food! He's been here since Wednesday - and has had nothing but Mexican to eat.

Now I'm back in my room, thinking I should pack. I don't want to, I think I could live here very easily.
