    Hot Hot Hot!

It was soooooooo warm here in my little beach town today. It was almost 90 degrees which is almost a freak thing thing here. I LOVED IT!!!! But there was no way I was going to ride. I would have passed out. Ok I am a whimp when it comes to heat. So what do I do with the day? Cook! HUh????Yes cook! Oven on on a hot day. Can you say sweaty! Dang what was I thinking? That meyer lemon soufles would be yummy with a glass of chilled white wine on a hot spring day! And I am making Mayan pork baked in banana leafs for Cinco de mayo tomorrow. Oh and home made tortillas! Ok not really a topic but who knows where it might go!

    I hate you

It's 34 here. We've had about 16 in of rain in a month, roads are flooded as the lake overflows the spillway....

While I hate you, I'm glad you're having a good day!

Pretty please, PM it to me.

Now, talk about spooky but I was just on another thread and reading something about Myers-Briggs personality test, so I had just copied it but not pasted it, so I have pasted it above.

What I am trying to say is Meyer's the same as Myers?

Nope, never heard of Meyer's, even did a search and all I came up with was:

    Meyer Saucepans
    Meyer Trousers
    Meyer Cookware
    Meyer Lighting
    Joyce Meyer

    I did try!

I made some lovely Moroccan preserved lemons with the first baby crop of Meyer lemons off our tree. Got them off the tree just before the March freeze occurred.

    Good stuff!

Not related to cinco de mayo but definitely to Meyers lemons.
