    Well now I've seen everything

So I went to Sav A Lot to get hamburger meat and as I'm headed down the first aisle this woman is standing there in her string bikini. No cover up, no shorts, just a pair of cheap flip flops to complete the ensemble.

I just can't believe you're surprised! Don't you live in Arkansas?

    lol.

I was in the land of no-walmart last summer (Vermont). In Brattleboro, there's a bridge that crosses the river into New Hampshire, and right after the bridge, there's a Walmart that can't be seen from Vermont. I didn't know it was there for the first few days, but naturally, being from Arkansas, I had a reason to go in and I did.

Instantly, I encountered people with no teeth, wearing wife-beater shirts, and the woman was braless. I don't know if Walmart imports these folks in from my neck of the woods, or that bridge is some kind of time-warp portal and New Hampshire is really in the South. I went from Birkenstocks and LL Bean to redneck in 2 minutes.

Sadly, Walmart has several stores in Vermont.

Also sadly, there are a lot of very poor regions in Vermont, and lots of folks like those you saw in NH. And probably in AR.

On the other hand, I've been known to go braless before . But I'm a perky A-cup and only do it if I'm wearing something substantial and/or spandexy and supportive. Really.

I've never seen that, even when I lived at the beach.

I never saw any of those people outside of Walmart!

Were you braless in a wife-beater (thanks, Zen), weighed 300 lbs and had no teeth? :P

There are plenty of non-rednecks in NH... don't judge a place by its Walmart-goers. I mean, you're in Walmart, what do you expect?

Just a testimony to the fact that you can take the Arkansas out of the girl, but you can't take the girl out of Arkansas

I live in Hawaii and see that kinda stuff all the time. Tourists in the Safeway grocery shopping without shoes, without shirts, with bikinis that don't cover nearly enough. It's one thing if they're at a shop across the street from the beach. Quite another when they're inland.
