Sadly, Walmart has several stores in Vermont.
Also sadly, there are a lot of very poor regions in Vermont, and lots of folks like those you saw in NH. And probably in AR.
On the other hand, I've been known to go braless before. But I'm a perky A-cup and only do it if I'm wearing something substantial and/or spandexy and supportive. Really.
