LOL! I really don't see cats using that unless maybe when we're not at the computer. I thought the whole point of them sitting on the keyboard is to interrupt and remind us that they're not the ones being paid attention to. <sigh> I miss having cats.

Who are they kidding? Don't they know the first thing about cats?

    You say:

"Kitteh, here's a brand-new shelf, right next to the keyboard, 'specially designed for you to sit on while I work. "

    Kitteh hears:

""Kitteh, here's a brand-new shelf, right next to the keyboard, 'specially designed for you to sit on while I work. "

my cat would sit there for kibbles. But once she was done eating them, she'd be in front of the monitor again

I'm not really into cat accessories but I thought it was way cute

But then, I just really really miss my cat She was all over the keyboard. What the designers of that shelf missed is that cats want to be actually in your line of sight, not just nearby...

I can see a small dog being happy there, but cats, no way. My cat would still be on my arms, on the keyboard.

There might be something to this. Carmen, the Indexing Cat prefers my box of proofs to my keyboard when I'm trying to work. Anything to get in the way. Sigh...

And yes, that's proofs both under and over her.
