URGH..I just spent 1/2hr on the trainer with the resistance on. Umm..it wasn't easy.Please tell me using the trainer gets easier & it really does help me in the last bit of my knee recovery phase...
Until now, i've not used the resistance bit as i just wanted to get used to time on the bike. Tonight Ian suggested using it and thought hmmm why not, let's see what I can do. Now i'm a bit confused..
I'll try it again tomorrow nightIt's hard but then again knee injuries are hard work
