    More luv for George.

    - Jo, hoping to see some of you there, maybe?

Hubby and I will be camped out for the last part of the women's race, and the early part of the men's race, near the top of Fillmore near Broadway, possibly on the left side as you look up the hill. One of us will likely be wearing a Rivendell T-shirt. I'll also likely be wearing a tan baseball cap with green brim w. a logo that says "Maxygen" (my fine employer).

Bummer. More luv for George... and Chris Horner, and Levi (hey, what's with all the bald guys in cycling?).

I'll be wandering around with a slow-moving sidekick and hope to make it over to Taylor, but probably won't get over to Fillmore (where the best action is).

Please take notes and pix. And throw George a kiss or two.

    Talking

Theory is that I plan to meet a cycling co-worker near Embarcadero so will be taking BART. Adventure Gal also taking BART and I will try to meet up which will be interesting since I know what her VW looks like...but not her ;-)

This being California my people will call her people "are you on this train? yes? oh....you're sitting nect to me, I knew that"

I can't commit to an outfit yet ;-)

But if you insist I'll try to come up with a stunning ensemble.

If it's at all cold/foggy I can commit to my fuschia cycling windbreaker festooned with ride patches. But this being San Francisco the weather changes every 15 minutes ok. There are pictures of me on my homepage, on the www's

We'll be on Fillmore, left hand side, near the top of the hill - same as last year. I'll probably be wearing a light blue windbreaker. I'm hoping I can add George to my collection.
