I have Tim Tams! And I'm going to make myself wait until after dinner to share them with DH.

Younger Daughter comes home in a few days, so I'll save a few for her.

I can't wait to open them, I guess I'd better go start supper.

Oh but you can **insert evil grin**. Cost Plus World Market carries them - over here they're called Arnott's Biscuts (I think). I bought one package - it didn't last the night. Heavenly little yummers!

Is there a Cost Plus in Seattle?

Yes there is a Cost Plus up here. Do I have yet another vice waiting to be discovered? I can't wait! Will check out the Cost Plus website (I know they have to have one) to make sure.

    Talking Wonderful, glorious, Tim Tams

I do not have a Costco.

The wonderful Tim Tam Pusher (I mean the delightful Crazy Canuck ) sent me 2 types of Tim Tams and Arnott Biscotts this past fall and sadly they lasted what was it CC? 24 hours in my house?

For Seattlites with Tim Tam cravings, they can sometimes be found at Australian Pie Company (one downtown near 1st and Pike, another somewhere in Burien) or at The Kanagaroo and Kiwi (near Beth's Cafe on Aurora).

Did anyone else like the dark choc/ raspberry cream TimTam's that came out for Valentine's day?

[Used them as a sweet for Shabbat, not Valentine's Day - just in case anyone thought othwerwise ]

    Divine sensuality

TimTams also have another persona... ChitChats... (sorry Mr Silver - but I HAVE to say this...)

And the best way to indulge in their innate evilness is to...

Get your fave drink (I prefer a plain glass of milk, some people use coffee, tea or a hot chocolate drink)

These are oblong biscuits, so nibble a corner off, then go to its opposite on the diagonal and nibble that corner too.

Now, use the TimTam or ChitChat as if a straw. Dip one nibbled corner into the drink, suck the drink up through the other nibbled corner...

Now place entire biscuit in your mouth. It will melt in your mouth in the most succulantly sensual way...
