John Peckham's killer sentenced

Some of you might remember John Peckham's death last fall. He was on a ride in Palo Alto with the Alto Velo team when he was stuck by a drunk driver. The driver was sentenced to 19 years in prison.

I do not wish this man well - I hope he serves all 19 years, and has a miserable time.
From the Mercury News:
Witnesses told police that Bailey opened a beer after the crash and said: "I thought I was going to die, but I got out of the car like a soldier, cracked a beer and downed it.''
This was said after he killed John Peckham.
