Finally, I've managed to drag my carcass off the couch and get out and ride! Went on a short (15 miles) flat ride with other Bike Academy staff members today - it felt soooo good to be on my bike!
I hope this means the spell is broken, and I'm back to my regular riding again. I'm not registered for anything untl August - the Holstein 100 - my favorite ride. Plenty of time to get back in shape, don't y'all think?
