I am having the same problem. I know I need to get out on the bike, but I don't "feel" like getting out on the bike very much. I just rode for about 30 minutes and I had to come home due to fatigue. I don't know what's wrong with me.

Can't figure out what my problem is. Ever since I got the sinus infection from h*ll (which has been gone for weeks now) I've had no desire to do anything. My bike is sitting in the garage, getting dusty. If this keeps up, I won't be able to fit into my "fat" jersey, let alone any of my shorts/knickers!
Anyone else ever have this problem? Do I just need a good kick in the butt?![]()

Is this the same sinus infection that kept you from riding in the Cinderella??!!?? If so, that really is the sinus infection from h*ll!! What does your doctor say? It can't be normal to have one for this long! Poor thing!Isn't there ANYTHING they can do for you?
I know the feeling. After doing a big metric century in Chico I thought I'd be anxious to ride again, but even after I got in my cycling clothes last Saturday, I sat down to pay bills and cleaned house....Arrggh... altho at the time it seemed like the right thing to do....
RX: Watch a bit of a Lance victory via DVD, grab a friend and do a short ride. It's sensory memory and all good things, even motivation for a ride, will come back to you.
That's what you did instead of riding Diabo with us? Tsk, tsk.![]()
We'll have to get you out this week. Ride with us tomorrow after work. We head out at about 5:15 - 5:30.

Yeah, Cinderella was the beginning of it. It lasted about 5 weeks - 3 of those on "big gun" antibiotics. It's gone now, I'm just having a hard time getting my energy back. I'm also on daily allergy meds/sprays, hmm, maybe I'll check out the side effects - might be the cause of the low energy.Originally posted by Adventure Girl

Claritin just about puts me out if that's what you are taking.
I finally got off my butt, thank god, I was down with the blahs for a LONG time.
I promise myself "just ten miles", and I seem to be able to handle that, and of course sometimes do alot more.
Am finally finally getting some strength built up, thank god.
Crediamo in te, bici!
