I'm probably buying a Trek Allant tomorrow, it's a very un-pretty beige... I'm thinking of calling her tapioca.

We have a beige cat named Cappucino, Cappy for short. Alternatively Café au Lait or Latte?

My honey suggested Cafe au Lait, I laughed and said it's just beige. I like Cappy though, great name for a kitty.

I named my blue bike for a flower too! There is a beautiful wildflower called Speedwell (which I thought was appropriate!) and then I discovered the Latin name for the genus was Veronica. So, her name is Veronica Speedwell. I call her Ms. Speedy because she is, and I'm not ...

Great name, azfiddle! I used to grow those flowers back when I had a garden...and a house.

I decided today that my mountain bike will be named "Toto" since I bought it (from Catrin!) on the way to Kansas, and it's been my constant companion here; I've ridden it much more than my roadie because of all the bike trails and urban/utility rides we do here.

I also finally found a name for my Ruby. "BlueBell" It's the result of her getting stolen. The police were able to identify the bike and recover it because I'd replaced the white handlebar tape with blue.

Love that name too -- lots of flower names for bikes lately!
