I hate to hear that Indy but I'm glad you have a diagnosis and can start treatment. Looks like we will be going to PT together. The doc says my issue is a combination of ITB and piriformis syndrome. I go to the PT this afternoon. I can't wait to see what he says. Doc says he can get me healed up for the marathon but no 20 mile run tomorrow His advise is better to go into the race undertrained than do the 20 miles and not be able to race at all.

Oak, funny you say that about the yoga. That's one thing that seems to help.
