{{{Marni}}} Having been through an ovarian cancer scare I know how you are feeling, though it wasn't my gals in question. Certainly you should tell your sisters, but when you are ready to do so. It does help to be able to talk about it with people who love you/you love. I certainly encourage you to tell them as soon as you can, but you have to do this at your pace.
