    One of you wanted a bad day a while ago and now that I had one I will give it to you

    Breakfast: Oatmeal, Banana, Blueberries, Milk

    Lunch: Can of Mackerels in tomato-sauce, cooked corn semolina (whatever the correct term may be) with coffee

    Dinner: Beef tartare made from approximately half a cow, spread onto nearly half a package of whole wheat toast, Butter, Bell Pepper, Cress
    Coke Zero to top it off

    a small bowl or cereal with milk
    veggie burger on multigrain toast with arugula and a baked sweet potato
    a handful of tortilla chips
    a pear, an orange, almonds, and a blueberry yogurt
    orzo with eggplant and arugula
    another small bowl of cereal and another orange

    2 eggs, over easy, blueberries, strawberries, coffee
    3 slices turkey breast, 1 slice ham, 2 tomatoes with mozzarella (I was speaking at my club's bike workshop, went to make a phone call, and all of the whole wheat bread and salads were gone by the time i got to the lunch), banana

    handful of whole wheat pita chips and hummus
    half of a piece of "steak au poivre" baked potato, green beans, 20 oz Blue Moon ()

    oatmeal with blueberries and milk
    slice of mulitgrain bread with cheddar cheese
    veggie burger on multigrain with arugula and a baked sweet potato (done with that for a while!)
    veggie stir fry with tofu and brown rice (just one bowl. I'm tired of it already, and I made a ton)
    piece of pear bread pudding
    peach yogurt
    a pear, an orange, and half an apple
    small bowl of cereal

    Yesterday:

    B: Roasted skinless chicken breast, sprouted grains toast, skim milk & coffee
    S: skipped
    L: Trader Joe's chicken sausage (lots of garlic, yummy!), spring mix salad with green onions, mini-tomatoes, chopped red sweet peppers, balsamic vinegar dressing

    S: 6 multi-grain tortilla chips with black bean salsa

    40 minute bike ride - wasn't dressed warm enough

    D: Roasted skinless chicken breast, green beans and cauliflower, sprouted grain bread, 1 beer and strawberries with lo-fat Greek yogurt for desert

    S: Bran cereal with skim milk

    Snack: Brownie
    L: au gratin potatoes, 1 chicken thigh
    D: Chili Rellenos (2), rice/ whole beans, 1 small tortilla - yummy, I made these fromscratch from the Eating Well recipe, for Chili Relleno and Ancho Chili Salse. This recipe is a keeper!
