quesadilla (1 tortilla) with spinach, cheese, soy chorizo, chipotles and corn
strawberry yogurt with pecans
baked potato with sour cream, baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli, and roasted onion with garlic. I don't know how my bf can make an onion taste that good, but it's like a miracle.

Ah, a 1.5 oz bag - isn't that bad enough? I love potato chips a lot though so you are close as to how many I could really eat if I had access to them!
That's why I don't buy the things have have them at home. The office bought chips the last time they went to Sams and I just could NOT RESIST! Resistance is futile!

I made peanut butter cookies (low fat) with a ton of chocolate chips. I quit counting after 6 of them. I ate 3 straight out of the oven!!
I seriously need an intervention. There is a reason I rarely bake anything. Absolutely no self control.
Got a bit a sugar headache too!

can of tuna in olive oil, broiled on a tomato, topped with cheddar cheese (low fat), coffee, V-8, small bowl of blueberries, orang slices, strawberries
S: 2 whole wheat pita chips
L: half a piece of whole wheat pita bread with humus, a couple of slices of 4 milk Spanish cheese, cup of roasted corn and pepper soup
S: more of the Spanish cheese
D: went out for Indian food where I was able to control myself for the first time. Had half an order of eggplant in spicy tomato and veggie sauce, 2 smaller pieces of potato stuffed naan. I didn't eat any rice. Took the eggplant home and wished I didn't eat as much naan.
I'll weigh about 5 pounds more tomorrow...

S: organic low-fat banana-vanilla yogurt w/frozen fruit (blueberries, blackberries, dark cherries) left in fridge overnight to thaw, cinnamon. Yum!

S: carrot/celery/apple/spinach/oj blender drink
D: whole wheat pasta with kale, peppers, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken/jalepeno sausage and feta sauce; salad w/ranch dressing, slab of whole wheat focaccia w/olive oil for dipping, 1 glass red wine
Too full for dessert!
