    Oak - thanks for sending that link. The pain in my arm is exactly where the trigger point is. So I'll read through the page to see how it might help.

    Becca - its on the top of my forearm right under my elbow - thanks - I'll google ET.


    Snap - thanks but no, its just in my right arm. Sorry though - that sounds very scary. Hope you're okay?

    I have been having the same kind of pain on and off - only in my right arm. I consulted my best friend, who is a basketball coach and knows a lot of sports medicine info, and she said to use heat, stretch and massage, then ice.

    And, I have to say, it's working! it helps heal the muscles and tendons. Though, I don't think that it is a long-term solution. I'm glad you started this thread.

    One way to start finding the long term solution could be to figure out what postural stress or repetitive motion stress you are experiencing that is overwhelming the tissue's ability to cope.
