I've made the lara bars in various configurations and they are easy and very tasty (much better than packaged lara bars IMO, because are fresh). i do not recommend her method for creating the individual bars- very slow and sticky. better is to roll out the mixture between some wax paper using a rolling pin then cut into bar shapes.
