Ran last night (was out of town in the morning and didn't get to the gym or outside) - was supposed to be hill repeats but I have trouble doing them on the treadmill, so instead I did 10 1 minute repeats with 1 minute off inbetween. I was at ~6mph during the "off" minute and ~7mph during the "on" minute. Slower than my usual interval pace, but by HR was pretty close. It felt pretty good. The 10th interval didn't make me cry like it does doing hill repeats, though, so I probably should have squeezed out a few more.
