Did 2 mi after I got home from work last night. I made myself change clothes and shoes and get out the door. I just wasn't in the mood and followed the 5minute rule (if it doesn't feel better after 5 minutes, you have permission to quit). As always, I felt better and got it done.

I'm having to slip out of work a few minutes early, rush home, change clothes and get going without a minute to spare to get my short run in by dark. I'm still dodging cars at dusk. It sure beats the treadmill though.

Can't wait for spring.
