It's kind of frustrating to get a simple package with $4.50 of postage when you paid $10 or $20 for shipping, isn't it? I guess part of that steep markup on postage comes from the time of the person who actually has to get our of his/her way to ship to the other country (more paperwork to fill for border-crossing packages). But still.

that quote is for express postage. Too bad they just can't stick it in an envelope with a few stamps on it. I mail order from Textile Outfitters in Calgary all the time, I sure as heck don't pay $19 for a few yards of fabric coming down here. It takes a little longer to go surface but jeez...
