    Well, thankfully, my kids haven't provided too many freak out moments. Now, my mantra is that I don't want to react the way my in-laws or my aunt would have. They are my bad role models! My own parents took all of my s*** in stride. I had a practical wedding, too, though a bit more than this one.
    Right now, I am trying to give a lot of attention to my other son. He is older and not where he wants to be in terms of career. And... he is totally obsessed by cycling. I never dreamed this would happen. On Monday, the 3 of us took a ride around Concord and Carlisle (shhhh, it was Yom Kippur) and he took off on me with my DH. He can stay with DH on a climb, like going really fast up Annursnac Hill (She Fly, if you are reading this, he is scaring me!) on his mountain bike, with flat pedals. His cadence is super high. Already talking about a road bike...

    Sounds like some racing might be in his future???? I know a good landing spot for him.
