I ordered some red spacers at the beginning of the year. Package came, had a small hole in it and there was only one, so I thought that it must have gotten lost. They are relatively cheap so I just ordered another one on April 25th. It didn't arrive, so a few weeks later I emailed and was assured that stock had just come in and it was in the mail. I still haven't received it and they are not responding to emails. Website is still up. Just beware. Glad I only lost a small amount. I'll stick with purelycustom.com from now on. They are terrific.

I ordered a couple of pairs of bar plugs from them a few years ago. The order was packed correctly and arrived quickly, and the plugs stay in much better than the ones that come with the bike or with the tape.
Sorry you're having issues.
I ordered from them early in the year, and didn't hear anything for months. I sent multiple emails, tried calling, was going to dispute the cc charge when I didn't hear anything. In March, I got a reply from the owner of the website that he had an injury and resulting complications forced him to leave the website unattended for 4 months. He was working through the backlog, and had shipped my order. He offered to refund my money for the inconvenience, but I told him not to worry about it. My plugs arrived a couple days later, packaged well, everything was good.
I did get the impression he's a small (maybe even one-man?) shop, though, so if he had a sizeable backlog, he may still be playing catch-up. Or something else might have happened that put the website on the back burner. Still, I won't be ordering from there again.
