Tire Width=23: Pressure(psi) = 0.33 * Rider Weight in lbs + 53.33

My tires are 26x1.95 so what size is that? Inches to mm? Bike tire sizing is a new world to me at this point, kind of confusing.
Does anyone have an inflation chart for larger tires like mine?
