Sadly, this is happening all over the country as more and more people are jobless/homeless. Animal shelters are already swamped...animals have no where to go anymore.Wish I could be more helpful- he's a beautiful boy.
Spaying and neutering will be the only hope for the future of dogs and cats in the US.
I hope whoever adopts Vader immediately gets him neutered. The last thing this world needs are more unwanted kittens.
