Apparently some are still having difficulty grasping the concept? I think you should show up with your scar highlighted AND the neck bolts. Maybe then they might get the notion.

    naah.. probably not...

Although the thought of some person sitting in their cube throwing a temper tantrum because Snap didn't answer!!!! is rather amusing.

Would it be a really bad thing if you replied but with wrong directions? "first send ouch this command, then this one and .... ouch oh, copy that file over here like ouch so and .. oh did that erase your hard drive? Oh how silly of me. Must be because I'm on disability and in pain!!!!!!!!!!! "

Yeah, don't do that. but they would leave you alone.

    Dear universe,

I'm done. Really. I've reached my capacity for crap, so if you could hold off until I get one or two of these things dealt with, I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks.

Dear driver who ran the red light in front of me this morning,

I realize that you getting where you need to go is more important than anything/anyone else, but having to lock up my brakes to come within inches of hitting you has caused my back to hurt again. It was healing up so well, please try to be more aware of others around you and understand the pain your actions can bring.

    Sincerely,

    Sore again

Dear Non-Profit organization that provides service dogs to the blind -

You broke my dog!!! Well, I know, technically he's "your" stud dog, and I am just his "keeper", but let's be realistic, he's our family's DOG. And he went in for a DATE with one of your floozies, and I go to pick him up and his tail is BROKEN!! Who slammed the frickking kennel door on my dog's tail??

And it may need to be amputated to prevent nerve damage, and amputation seems like such a silly thing but you people who don't LIVE with him have no idea how much pleasure he gets from chasing his tail. Seriously, he has done this his entire simple loving little life. He is a tail chaser. He loves it.

Well, let's just hope he's home for Christmas.

    Dog mom.

Thanks all for your well wishes! We really appreciate it. Russo is home and we are in a watch and see mode with regard to the tail. No apparent nerve damage but they will be monitoring for it. He's sore, but on some hopefully good doggy pain meds. And his date next week is OFF.

And I also loved my tail-less rottie - but there's something about the rottie build that makes that stump seem "right" - all burly and strong. The more aerodynamic lab profile needs a tail. So at least we get to keep it for a while longer.

But see - that's another dog, the corgi, who is perfect without a tail. With a tail she'd be too LONG.

    And Jack Russell Terriers.

My first dog after my Jack Russells has a whole tail that demurely curves up, out of the way. My second dog is part Golden Retriever, and so her tail has taken some getting used to, when she thumps it on either side of the doorway in greeting, or sweeps it across your snack plate in the living room!
