Thanks gang! I'm perversely proud of it.

It hurt like the dickens when it happened but it calmed down to a dull ache very soon after - enough for me to continue the ride with a minimum of whining.

Now its just a bit sore when I put any pressure on it - so I can't lay on my left side, or do the side kick series on that side in my pilates mat class. And I get in & out of the car a bit gingerly.

But luckily my back and hip and butt were spared so sitting is not a problem.

Hey Jobob, Beautiful colors!! Try putting some Arnica gel on them. It might be a little late, but Arnica has worked wonders for me. You can get it at Whole Foods or at a health food type store.

I showed the picture to a co-worker and after she was done freaking out over it she told me the colors reminded her of an Arizona sunset.

I was going to ask how many mountain bikes you bought this weekend, but I'm a most excellent stalker.
