DH was travelling last Friday evening and drove through a small, rural town. The entire community was at the city park, having a a "trunk or treat". He said it was really cute and while tempted, wasn't going to stop for candy.
BTW, my sister gave me a pair of gargoyles just like the one in your last picture. One sits on DD's windowsill, staring out into the community.
