Whenever I go to a restaurant and ask for the extremely loud and annoying music to be turned down a little so I can talk/think during my meal, I am told they have to have it that loud because "that's the way the customers like it".

Once you get the actual date of surgery, your body rebels. "HA! You think you got pain! You have not seen nufin yet sucker, I'll show you PAIN! Try to alleviate me will ya....."

I only have fillings crack or teeth chip on Fridays when we are headed out the door for a week long vacation trip.
