I did manage to lose weight after all this week - a half a pound. So I'm down to 131.5.

    Hope I'm not too late:

Weight : 190 (what is it about 190 that my body loves sooo much?)
Distance: 65.3 miles (all commuting on the road)

If I want a muffin, I have to go ride the 7 miles one way to get it. That seems to work. For now.

I have my personal training exam in two weeks. This means I will be sitting for periods of time studying. I will just have to lock up the fridge!

    Have a good week! Karin

up one to 162 this week. Still hoping to see a number in the 150s soon, soon, soon (actually, last Monday, the day after a 75 mile ride, the scale DID say 159, but 24 hours later we were right back in the 160s).

I was out of town and didn't weigh in last Friday. When I got home yesterday, I weighed 120, but this morning I'm down 118.8 so that's the one I'm stickig with. Oh, and I did another 8 hours training this week.

Was out of town sans computer until today. We were in LA helping DD get settled in her new apartment.

Friday's weight was 134, right within my normal range. Next week's weigh in is going to be bad. No riding, lots of restaurant food for the last four days. Work is going to be hellish for the next three days. I doubt I'll get in much more than a couple early morning trainer spins.

Ummm ... we're trying to GAIN weight, right?! If so, yay! I'm doing well!
I'm up to 167.2. I can't expect any more -- I've been completely off my training and my eating right. I think all that stuff is over and I can get back to concentrating on myself again for awhile. I HOPE SO!

Here's to going the other direction this coming week!
    Good work everyone!

    Thanks Extravert

It's slightly better today. I use tiger balm medicated plasters.. hehe. we chinese have so many cures But its working i guess, soothes the pain. and the swelling is subsiding. so hopefully will be back on the bike on the weekend.

I tried finding castor oil here once could not find it at all.. heh. looks like its not part of the local herbal repertoire...

Hey all - sorry for not having a chart for this past week done yet. I've actually been pretty swamped lately.

My weigh in for last week was 164.0. Up a little, but I ate things that were not on my plan, so I deserve to see a gain. This week isn't much better, but I have gotten in a commute or two...so it may work out ok. We'll see.

I really need to straighen up and fly right again in terms of nutrition.

And I hope to have the chart posted soon...though I may just wait and do both weeks at the same time this weekend. Sorry!

It is...but is it enough to offset my new found love of whole, fresh, raw goat's milk?

Still making babysteps in the right direction. Down to 202.0 this week, despite two birthday parties and very little riding. Should be back on track this week with the riding if only I can get the tyres sorted.

143.5... which means I still haven't budged since this began. A bit frustrating, but I'm kicking it up a notch, and I'll be happy if I can break 140 by the end of the month! We're forecast for highs in the mid 70s for the next 10 days, perfect riding weather- that should help!
