Ohh yeah - forgot to tell you - my bet is back on with my sister for those jeans! 10 lbs by Oct 1. By the original bet, I need to be 135 by then, but I personally hope to be 130 by then!

141.9... consistency is good, right? I was doing good getting my workouts in, but then the week went to h-e-hockeysticks. I'm ok with maintaining though, as long as I'm not gaining. I figured it would take an insane amount of effort and time to knock off these "last 10 lbs" anyways!

It's been almost 5 years since I've been in the 130's though, and it will be time for celebration when I make it there!
Somewhere behind the athlete you've become and the hours of practice and the coaches who have pushed you...is a little girl who fell in love and never looked back... do it for her.

Emily - her goal is to maintain. Her last weigh-in was at 103, so she's not far off.

I think I will go celebrate with cheesecake ..... only kidding

Congrats, tctrek! I totally snorted when I read this! Good job on the loss and on celebrating with a long ride!

I'm an idiot. I think I have some type of mental block on Fridays - I forgot to weigh-in again! In fact, I haven't stepped on the scale even once this week, and that's unusual for me. I promise to weigh tomorrow and post then. Duh.

And I gained 1 lb back, now at 130.5 lbs, but I'll blamed that on water retention from PMS. I've been biking a lot, eating great and not binging, so next week, watch out

I'm starting my week with a 70 mile ride tomorrow, so that will help !

    No change.

Will be gone for a couple of weeks and hope to report a loss when I return.

182 here. I was at 181.50 but I blame it on late nights and poor eating.

I think everyone is doing great. This wasn't such a stellar week for me but I like reading about enthusiasm...and my lack of stellar-ness is only temporary.

I was 236.8 today. Not quite a pound this week, but every little bit helps.

    Unhappy so sad..

I'm just feeling so sad because I was supposed to go riding today in the morning and evening and was so looking forward to it but then something is wrong with my left foot. it was aching a little on the ride on friday night, but yesterday evening it got so bad i was limping and now i can hardly put my foot on the ground without pain. its like.. a ligament inflammation maybe? like at the bridge of my foot.. i didn't fall or anything. I'm just so annoyed. I'm sorry guys but i just had to vent a little somewhere...I just hope the pain goes away... I just wanna ride!!!

There's an ointment on the market that is castor oil based that might be quite good for ligament pain like that. It's called Castiva. Whenever we used to sprain ankles in our family, my mother would prescribe a 'castor oil wrap' Putting castor oil in the ace bandage wrap would speed up the healing wonderfully. So this Castiva that my mom recently found is the stuff she now recommends as it is castor oil based. Good luck! You'll be back on the bike soon I'm sure!

I forgot to check in for the past few weeks, but I've been spot-checking my weight periodically. I'm still cruising at 200 lbs.
