I was 236.8 today. Not quite a pound this week, but every little bit helps.

    Unhappy so sad..

I'm just feeling so sad because I was supposed to go riding today in the morning and evening and was so looking forward to it but then something is wrong with my left foot. it was aching a little on the ride on friday night, but yesterday evening it got so bad i was limping and now i can hardly put my foot on the ground without pain. its like.. a ligament inflammation maybe? like at the bridge of my foot.. i didn't fall or anything. I'm just so annoyed. I'm sorry guys but i just had to vent a little somewhere...I just hope the pain goes away... I just wanna ride!!!

There's an ointment on the market that is castor oil based that might be quite good for ligament pain like that. It's called Castiva. Whenever we used to sprain ankles in our family, my mother would prescribe a 'castor oil wrap' Putting castor oil in the ace bandage wrap would speed up the healing wonderfully. So this Castiva that my mom recently found is the stuff she now recommends as it is castor oil based. Good luck! You'll be back on the bike soon I'm sure!

I forgot to check in for the past few weeks, but I've been spot-checking my weight periodically. I'm still cruising at 200 lbs.

I did manage to lose weight after all this week - a half a pound. So I'm down to 131.5.

UGH, 175.6 for me. I've got to get myself out of the depression rut I'm in, it leads to me eating without thinking and lounging around doing nothing. I did ride 30 miles on Saturday, mainly to go get meds for my dying cat (yeah, that isn't helping the depression thing very much). Now, why didn't I get back out and do something on Sunday, nope, just laid around all day again.

    Thanks Extravert

It's slightly better today. I use tiger balm medicated plasters.. hehe. we chinese have so many cures But its working i guess, soothes the pain. and the swelling is subsiding. so hopefully will be back on the bike on the weekend.

I tried finding castor oil here once could not find it at all.. heh. looks like its not part of the local herbal repertoire...

Hey all - sorry for not having a chart for this past week done yet. I've actually been pretty swamped lately.

My weigh in for last week was 164.0. Up a little, but I ate things that were not on my plan, so I deserve to see a gain. This week isn't much better, but I have gotten in a commute or two...so it may work out ok. We'll see.

I really need to straighen up and fly right again in terms of nutrition.

And I hope to have the chart posted soon...though I may just wait and do both weeks at the same time this weekend. Sorry!

It is...but is it enough to offset my new found love of whole, fresh, raw goat's milk?
