week 3 - exercise goals LOG

Unlike the weight loss log, this log is now 3 pages long and I don't believe logical to post into a reply post here, so after all that fussing about not being able to post the same manner ... here is week 3. I pulled verbage from individual posts which is why there is no standard format.

Open to suggestions for more efficient format.

    Thumbs up

I weighed in at 191.6 > My riding is also showing consistency. I had my first 100 mile week last week. So far i have ridden 45 miles this week, so I am shooting for another 100 miler.

    Tabby,
    Thanks for the hard work.
You can "delete" me from the log. I really just use the forum to "vent or whine" or get re-focused. I use another place to log all training. And I can happily say I AM doing what my coach puts in my training plan. Just not really losing the weight (my issue).
Maybe others don't need/plan to be part of the log and those that really want to then come up w/ a "format" to use to help this be benefical to all and not tooooo much work for you. Just my 2 cents worth!
Again, thanks for trying to make it work!

Thanks for your note. It might take a challenge or two to see what works for most and if it is worth the time to share weekly exercise progress. Input is great! Like GLC, I'll hide inactivity of 2 weeks and unhide when they come back. Some ladies just posted goals, I'll hide them until they post a progress report, if they choose to do so.

    Hi Everyone,

I am now on my 2 week family vacation at Cape Cod. No scale available, and I know that I will not be losing any weight, so please just put me down for the same weight as last week for the next two Fridays and I will weigh back in "for real" when I get home.

    Thanks,

    Lynette
