I Have Not Rode One Time This Week, Nor Any Other Activity. My Eating Habits Were Not The Best Either. I Have Spent The Last Week Moving From One City To The Other, In Between Working Full Time. I Am Tired Stressed And Crabby. I Am The Kind Of Person Who If I Stop Riding For More Than 1 Day, Find It Harder And Harder To Go Back Because I Feel I Already Lost... Same Theory Goes With Food. Well I Am Really Not Ready To Gain Back The 5 Lb I Lost Thus Far, And So Today I Starting Again. New Week, New Chance. I Did Not Weigh In This Week, I Will Just Sabatoge My Efforts.
