John Cusak doesn't make good movies?

    I just looooved Martian Child.

I love Dennis Quaid, too! The Rookie! yummo!

I loved John Cusak in High Fidelity. I loved High Fidelity in general. Watched it three times in one sitting, granted I was on an overseas flight, but it was so great I just had to keep watching.

This reminds me I need to see Say Anything.

Love Say Anything, while not a profound movie it is fun. There is a great scene where he talks about what he wants to do with his life and rambles about not selling anything, making something to be sold, etc.... That scene cracks me up, it is beyond awkward.

Grosse Point Blank. (however that's spelled).

My favorite line: "I have a certain degree of moral flexibility..."

Also, what about "Better Off Dead"

    mmm

I prefer Temuera Morrison kenneth Branagh(must go and watch KB's Hamlet again ) when he's doing The Bard only. Loved him in DOn't look back in Anger Bryan Brown

Emma Thompson, Julie Christie, Judi Dench, Helena Bonham Carter

I am rather annoyed they've all been hijacked by hollywood & not made any great films recently because of it.

I have the urge to hunt down " The Castle" as i've not seen it in ages! Hilarious film!

The weekend is right around the corner - what are youreall plans?

I will be without a husband and plan on eating popcorn for dinner, watching movies and possibly spending time with my mom and dad.

Crazycanuk. I have to google some actors and actresses.

The system I'm responsible for at work is getting an update, so I'll be tied to my cell phone all weekend, in case I have to go into the office.

Maybe I'll do something exciting, like clean my closet........

"Two dollars! I want my two dollars!" Hey, is that also the one with the scene where the hamburger comes to life?

    Sunday-helping @ a cycle event, doggie beach.

Flybye-I recommend Once Were Warriors. Read the book first though & remember the movie is supposed to be as shocking as it is. Don't be frightened to watch it!

Surprise, surprise. I like tall, dark and craggy with that certain look in the eyes.

I've only seen him in Little Women. Probably should check out some of his other work.

Unfortunately, have a memorial service to go to for a local police officer.

The forecast for both Sunday and Monday shows big dark clouds and drenching rain...we will see. Need a long ride, but if it has to be another indoor ride, I might actually go insane.

I also have a car I need to sell, so probably some washing and detailing is in my future for the weekend. Anyone in WA/OR area interested in a great car at a great price, let me know!
