I don't know what exactly I did to my knee in September. It only really bothers me when I ride. It feels like the ligaments or tendons or whatever just tighten up. It's always stiff when I get up in the morning. Occasionally I feel it when I walk up stairs. I have my regular doctor's appointment in a couple of weeks. But I can just imagine what she's going to say, - so don't ride your bike so much. Maybe I'll be wrong. I also can't think what can be done for it. Stretching helps, but I'm already doing that.
