LOL. Had to look up the Athena reference at some point, and couldn't quite make it fit the pics I'd seen of you. I'm denser than I look too, heavy bone structure I guess, and muscles in invisible places. Sometimes have to tell new people I rockclimb with, that - hey, you really shouldn't stand that far away from the wall. If I fall you are going to SLAM into it.

Cool article. I get very sore after hard workouts of a type I haven't done for a while (first skitrip/indoor aerobic class of the season eg.) while my dh never does. Wonder if this calcium leaking thing has anything to do with that.
