Ok, i decided that if i'm going to spend time on my trainer I might as well get have some music to make it exciting. So, each week i'll add one more song until i make it to 1hr, slowly slowly though. I'm not about to rush or bother my knee. (i'm kind of glad i'm not riding outside in the heat these days..)
Tonight I was on the trainer for approx 20min & had 4 songs to keep me pedalling. All Queen songs of course! "spread your wings", "princes of the universe", "teo teorriate" & "friends will be friends"
I hope you guys had coolio rides!
Yay CC!
That's a clever way to do it.
Totally unmotivated this morning. It's supposed to rain all week and I could hear it when I woke up. By the time I got the kids to school, it was clear and I was off. 38.3 miles and 3,400 feet of climbing. It was hill repeats for me today!

Snow was falling this morning and since school was cancelled I spent 1 1/2 hours on the trainer. Logged 25 miles.

Don't forget the bicycle song, "I want to ride my bicycle, I want to ride my bike" -- that was Queen, right?
To train a dog, you must be more interesting than dirt.

Dogmama..Yes but it's too popular of a Queen song for me to like..
I'm into the ones you don't hear on the radio.
Since the boys were going outside to ride in the snow and ice again (and I had NO DESIRE to go with them), I put a chick flick on the TV and rode the trainer for just over an hour. The bedroom scenes in Dirty Dancing can really get your HR up there.
