Totally unmotivated this morning. It's supposed to rain all week and I could hear it when I woke up. By the time I got the kids to school, it was clear and I was off. 38.3 miles and 3,400 feet of climbing. It was hill repeats for me today!

Snow was falling this morning and since school was cancelled I spent 1 1/2 hours on the trainer. Logged 25 miles.

Brandy! How did you get that cool graph? I want it!
To train a dog, you must be more interesting than dirt.

Dogmama...isn't it pretty? It's from Polar ProTrainer. I love this program!!! I took the HR and Speed and just left the altitude in when I took a screen shot and saved it.

Since the boys were going outside to ride in the snow and ice again (and I had NO DESIRE to go with them), I put a chick flick on the TV and rode the trainer for just over an hour. The bedroom scenes in Dirty Dancing can really get your HR up there .
